Brad and Meg Standfest started Almont Vineyard Church after Brad was called by God into the ministry.  Leaving all they knew behind, they forged ahead into the new life God had called them into, and Almont Vineyard Church stands today because of their leadership and dedication to God's people.  They are committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to as many as possible.

Since joining AVC in January of 2016, Clayton and Amanda have brought our worship to a higher level, inviting the presence of the Lord and we are so blessed by their gifts and talents.

Yes he is the Pastor's son, but that means nothing when you are called by God.  Zeke heard the call of the Lord to lead the youth of AVC into His kingdom, and Zeke has answered the call.  Zeke is currently in school at Liberty University majoring in Special Education, and is a welcome addition to the AVC leadership team.  Zeke has a wealth of experience with youth, and has a desire to shepherd the next generation of Christians.

Since 2013, Kelly has been the face and voice of AVC. Her joyful presence brings a smile to the face of everyone she meets. She has been a member from the beginning of the home church in 2006, and a steadfast part of our community ever since.

In November 2018, Teresa & Frank joined us at AVC. In 2020 she was asked to become the AVC Coordinator of Operation Christmas Child Ministry. Most recent in 2021 she became our Treasurer. Teresa retired from Nursing in 2010 and has volunteered in many areas where needed. She also has a background in bookkeeping working for her dad’s business.
