Jesus said: “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.”
(John 14:12)
Welcome to the Summer Sermon Series, titled “In His Footsteps.” The Gospels of Jesus Christ are the powerhouse of the New Testament—without them, we have nothing! Through His life, Jesus demonstrated what love, compassion, kindness, and forgiveness truly looks like.
Here’s a central truth that forms the backbone of this series: Jesus called us to walk in His footsteps. He said, “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing” (John 14:12).
He also commissioned us to “go and make disciples,” as we know from the Great Commission (Matthew 28; Mark 16).
Yet, many Christians misunderstand this call, thinking it’s only about proclaiming the gospel aloud. That couldn’t be further from the truth! Join our summer series and learn how to walk in His footsteps!
