What to Expect
What should you expect when visiting the Almont Vineyard Church?
Warm, friendly Greeters are there to welcome you with a bulletin, they will answer questions, direct you to the Worship Center, the Children’s Church and the Coffee Area… the coffee area is always a great first stop!
Fellowship begins…as we begin to arrive, between 10 & 10:30 am. We welcome you to join us, grab a cup of coffee and make yourself at home. If you are visiting for the first time, please be sure to pick up a “Welcome Bag” from our Visitor’s Center in the back of the Worship Center
We welcome everyone to service with a word of prayer. Our Announcement Team briefly shares upcoming events before we enter in to our Worship portion of the service.
Worship-A.V.C. offers contemporary worship with a team of gifted musicians and singers. We don’t forget the roots of worship as we often offer traditional hymns as a part of our worship too. Standing, sitting, clapping, kneeling and raising your hands in praise are all just fine. If you would like to simply sit and listen… that is alright too.
Children’s Ministries: With a fully staffed Nursery, Pre-school and Children’s Church during the service. It is our goal to provide a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Nursery services are available when you arrive. Pastor Brad and the A.V.C Family love to bless our children (Pre-school & Children’s Church) and teachers right before the adult sermon starts and Children’s Ministries begin.
What should I wear?
Casual attire is the norm – jeans or whatever you feel comfortable wearing. No suit or tie required.
